This new iPod Touch 16GB is exactly the same as it's 5th Generation predecessor except it's missing a rear-facing camera and there is also no lanyard hook. The new iPod also only comes in the colours black and silver.

For us, this seems like somewhat of a downgrade and the price difference between this iPod and a 32GB 5th Generation version is £50. Would you buy this iPod? Let us know in the comments below.

The Samsung Galaxy S3 is set to be released on May 29th and we just couldn't help but compare it to the iPhone 4S. Which one do you think comes out top? Let us know in the comments below.

I shall direct you to Apple's website as they are the best people to tell you about the new iPad, but here's a quick run-down of features:
  • 5MP camera
  • "Retina" display
  • Built in dictation tool
  • A5X chip with quad-core graphics drives
  • 4G
...and it turns out the rumours were wrong, as this iPad DOES have a home button like all the previous models (and we now look a little silly for reporting otherwise and getting people's hopes up :P ).

This week, Apple released the above picture to promote their new iPad design. Why are we so interested in it? Well, it appears to show the iPad 3 without a home button.

Could the rumors really be true? Does the new iPad really not have a home button? I guess we'll have to wait until the unveiling later on this month or even at the beginning of April.

Last time we commented on the iPad 3, we mentioned some of the new (possible) features it may have, and as none of those have been ruled out, you can click here to read our previous post.

As for this new feature - rumors have been spreading, saying that the "new" way of reaching the home screen would be through a full hand "pinch" on the screen.

What's your thought this new idea? Tell us in the comments below. :)

This summer, Apple are releasing their newest OS for Mac - Mountain Lion. The company's new CEO, Tim Cook, is bringing all of our favourite iOS features into the new operating system for Macs! (Finally!)

The new features include:
  • Notes & tasks
  • Messages
  • Mail, reminders and alerts
  • ...and Game Center!

We're super excited for all the new features and updates - it's going to be so much easier to stay on top of everything when you can take it with your where ever you go. And with the iCloud syncing it all together, you won't lose anything.

You can check out the Apple website for more by clicking here.

It would have been nice to see Siri become part of the OS, but for now, it doesn't seem it's going to be included. Also, it would be nice to have an App Store for Mac OS, so you can have all your favourite apps with you, but maybe we'll see these features next year!

British broadcaster, ITV, have sent a letter to Apple, warning them not to use their trademarked "ITV" as the name of their newest "smart" television.

Last year, ITV spoke to Steve Jobs about the matter, and at the time, they were assured that Apple would not be bringing out a TV. However, Apple now have a new CEO and rumours are circling the internet that the "iTV" may become a part of the "i" family in the very near future.

Sources have reported that Apple will be unveiling the newest addition to the iPad family at the beginning of March. It is rumored the new design will feature an A6 processor instead of a quad-core processor - which is good news because the A6 processor is much faster.

The iPad 3 (or iPad HD as some sources are calling it) may also be 1 or 2 mm thicker than previous models in attempt to add a larger battery and increase battery life.

Other new features include a retina-display screen similar to the iPhone and iPod and also, Siri for the iPad. Exciting stuff!

The technology hasn't quite caught up with the idea for this Apple device, but I sure do hope it does soon! It's slim, it's stylish and it's Apple - you can't go wrong.

All you need is an iOS device - place it on the table so it can sync with iTunes and you'll have all your apps and documents right there on your desktop - literally!

This idea has so much potential - it can be used at home, at work and even at school. It gets all the clutter off your desk - no need to mess about with paper either, and since it synchronizes with all iOS devices, you'll always have your work with you.

Sadly, it's still in concept form - but I shall keep you undated for when that changes!

What do you think of the iDesk concept? Silly idea or wonderful idea? Leave your comments below.
